Josie Farrell, RIP

Josie Farrell (née Morrissey), Foxhill, Athy, Kildare/Ballylinan, Laois passed away peacefully at home on Monday 27 October, surrounded by her loving family. 

Predeceased by her husband Ned, brother Johnnie, sister Maureen and nephew Declan. Josie will be sadly missed by her sons Gerry and Eamonn, grandchildren Jamie, Scott and Emma, great-grandchildren Cara and Jake, daughters-in-law Amy and Olivia, sister-in-law Lily, nephew, nieces, neighbours, relatives, extended family and friends.

May Josie rest in peace.

Josie will repose in Thompson’s Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, Mount Hawkins, Athy (R14 NX80) on Wednesday 29 October from 3.30pm until removal at 5.45pm (with recital of the Rosary at 5.15pm), with reception prayers at St Michael’s Parish Church, Athy at 6pm.

Funeral Mass at 11am on Thursday in St Michael’s Parish Church, followed by burial in St Michael’s (New) Cemetery.
