Laois death notice: Laurence (Larry) Swayne, Stradbally

Laurence (Larry) Swayne, Court Square, Stradbally, Laois died peacefully on 6 June at the Midland Regional Hospital, Portlaoise, surrounded by his beloved family and friends.

Predeceased by his wife Chrissie and his son Michael.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his daughter Marie and son-in-law Kevin, sons Ken and Pat and their partners, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Dorrie, Rita, Gwen and Elizabeth, brothers Pat and Joe, nieces, nephews, extended family, kind neighbours and his many friends.

May Larry Rest in Peace.

Reposing at the Presentation Chapel, Stradbally on Monday 8 June from 4pm, with recital of the Rosary at 8pm.

Requiem Mass will take place in the Sacred Heart Church, Stradbally, at 12 noon on Tuesday, with interment to follow in Oakvale Cemetery.

Larry's Funeral Mass can be viewed on the Stradbally parish webcam.
