Margaret Elizabeth (Betty) Caldbeck, RIP

Margaret Elizabeth (Betty) Caldbeck (née Halnon), Philipsburgh, Rapla, Rathdowney, Laois and formerly Hollyfort, Gorey, Wexford died peacefully in her 92nd year on 7 May at the residence and in the loving care of Linda Draper, with her two loving sons Ted and Brian by her side.

Wife of the late William, loving mother of Ted and Brian and predeceased by her parents Alfred and Rebecca and her brother Ted.

Sadly missed by her sons, daughter-in-law Claire, grandchildren James, Rebecca, Sarah, William, Philip, Ben and Rebecca's husband Donovan, brothers Fred and George, sister Noeleen, Linda and Philip Draper and family, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends.

Safe In Arms of Jesus 

Betty's funeral service will take place in St Tighernagh's Church, Aughmacart (R32 RV05) this Sunday at 2pm.

Following the service, Betty will be laid to rest in St John's Churchyard, Hollyfort, Gorey, Wexford (Y25WF61) arriving at 5pm.

Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to North Tipperary Hospice/LSPCA/Friends of St Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny. Donation boxes will be provided in St Tighernagh's Church and St John's Churchyard.

The Caldbeck family would like to most sincerely thank Betty's carers Sheila, Geraldine and Colette for their loving care to allow her to spend her final days surrounded by family; Dr Brendan Murphy for his care and attention of Betty; Howard and the staff of Rathdowney Pharmacy; Marguerite, Helen and the nurses from North Tipperary Hospice for their support and, for the six weeks of her illness, the staff of the Nore Ward at St Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny, especially Paddy and Gerry.
