Laois death notice: Maria Alberta (Mary) Brophy (née McCormack), Portlaoise/Mountrath

Maria Alberta (Mary) Brophy (née McCormack), Portlaoise, Laois/Mountrath, Laois and formerly of West Yorkshire passed away peacefully on 6 September, surrounded by her loving family at home.

Predeceased by her beloved husband William (Billy) Brophy, son Thomas Patrick, brothers and sisters.

Sadly missed by her loving family, sons and daughters Marie, Philomena, Catherine, Pauline, William, Bridget, Paul, Marion, Daniel and Anthony, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and great grandchildren, relatives and friends.

May Mary Rest in Eternal Peace.

Reposing at Keegan’s Funeral Home Portlaoise on Tuesday 16 September from 6:30pm until 8pm, with Rosary at 7:30pm. 

Removal on Wednesday to SS Peter and Paul’s Church, Portlaoise for Requiem Mass at 1pm, followed by interment in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery, Portlaoise.
