Laois death notice: Mary Kennedy (née Deeley), Abbeyleix

Mary Kennedy (née Deeley), Abbeyleix, Laois and formerly Whitemills, Loughrea, Co Galway died peacefully on 29 October, in the care of the staff at Orwell Private Nursing Home, Rathgar, Dublin, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Richard, her brothers Raphael and Michael and sister Angela.

Mary will be sadly missed by her loving sons Michael, Brian and Kevin, daughters-in-law Deirdre, Hazel and Esther, her cherished grandchildren Jack, Mark, John, Barry, Alex-Anne, Carolyn, Daniel, Nicolas and Martin, her sisters Roisin, Imelda, and Gertie, extended family and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing in Fanagan’s Funeral Home, Kimmage (Westfield Road) on Friday 31 October, from 5pm to 7pm.

For family and friends in Abbeyleix, a second reposing will take place in the Chapel Of Rest adjoining the Church Of The Most Holy Rosary, Abbeyleix from 11am on Saturday, with removal to the Church Of The Most Holy Rosary for 12 noon Requiem Mass. Interment afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery.
