Laois death notice: Patrick (Pad) Kirwan, Mountrath

Patrick (Pad) Kirwan, Woodview, Killeaney, Kilbricken, Mountrath, Laois/Shanahoe, Laois passed away peacefully on 2 December at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Helen, his parents William and Mary-Ann, brothers Martin and Jim, sisters Mary and infant sister Sheila and his son-in-law Paul (Finan).

Loving father to Amanda, William, Loretta and Helena, cherished grandad to Shannon, Cullan, Billy, Rogan, Malachy, Lillian, Ross, Patrick, Gráinne, Helen and Andrew.

Deeply regretted by his sister Kathleen, brothers Billy, Tom and Charlie, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, partners, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May Pad rest in peace. 

 Reposing at his home (R32C9P0) on Thursday 4 December from 4pm, concluding with Rosary at 8pm.

Removal on Friday to St Brigid’s Church, Shanahoe for Requiem Mass at 2pm, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
