Laois death notice: Richie Finn, Portlaoise

Richie Finn, The Green, Kilminchy, Portlaoise and formerly The Deadman’s Inn, Ballyfin, originally Kyle, passed away peacefully on 31 May, surrounded by family, in the gentle care of the staff of St Brigid’s Hospice, The Curragh.

Predeceased by his parents Jim and Kathleen. Fondly remembered by his son Kevin, daughters, brothers Jimmy, Tommy , Pat, John, Michael and Christy, sisters Sheila Brady and Mary Holland, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family neighbours, former customers and many friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Keegan’s funeral home, Portlaoise on Tuesday 2 June from 6.30pm until 8pm, with rosary at 7.30pm.

Removal on Wednesday to arrive at SS Peter and Paul’s Church, Portlaoise for 11am requiem mass. Interment will take place afterwards in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery.
