Laois death notice: Sadie (Sarah) Fitzpatrick (née Phelan), Ballyfin

Sadie (Sarah) Fitzpatrick (née Phelan), Brockera, Ballyfin, Laois died peacefully at home on 18 May, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Mary Anne, husband Thomas, son Martin, daughter Carmel and her husband Pat, and brother Peter.

Sadly missed by her daughters Mary, Sarah and Tricia and her sons Tommy, Paddy, Tony and Jimmy.

Devoted and adored Granny to her 13 grandchildren Chloe, Aisling, Marykate, Sarah, Maeve, James, Martin, Roisin, Rachel, Dinny, Cormac, Sinead and Caoimhe.

Granny Ballyfin to her great-grandchildren Fiadh and Tadhg, daughters-in-law Geraldine, Mary and Dorota, sons-in-law: Richard, Liam and Adrian, sisters-in-law Bernie, Hetti, Josie, Marian and Margaret, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Go raibh suaimhnesas síoraí ar a hanam álainn 

Sadie will repose in Moloney’s Funeral Home, Mountmellick (R32 PC95) this Wednesday evening from 5pm to 8pm, with Rosary at 8pm.

Sadie’s remains will arrive to St Fintan's Church, Ballyfin on Thursday for 11am Requiem Mass, followed by interment in new cemetery.

House private please.
