Laois death notice: Sheila Fitzpatrick (née Brennan), Portlaoise

Sheila Fitzpatrick (née Brennan), Beechlawn, Mountmellick rd., Portlaoise, Laois and formerly McDonagh Terrace, Curragh Camp died peacefully on 9 January at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of Tony and loving mother to Ian, George, Darren and Hazel. Cherished grandmother to Jason, David, Tyler, AJ, Lucas, Roisin, Sarah, Brody and Oliva. Predeceased by her son in law Stephen and sister Pauline.

Deeply regretted by her loving family, daughters-in-law Sue and Orla, brother Leonard and sisters Ann and Bernie, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Keegan’s funeral home, Portlaoise on Tuesday evening from 6.30pm until 8pm, with rosary at 7.30 pm.

Removal on Wednesday to SS Peter and Paul’s Church, Portlaoise, to arrive for 11am requiem mass. Cremation will follow at 2.30 pm at Dardistown Crematorium.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society or the Irish Kidney Association.
