Laois death notice: William (Billy) Kelly, Graiguecullen

William (Billy) Kelly, Graiguecullen, Laois/Carlow and formerly Winsford, Cheshire, United Kingdom died peacefully on 14 January at St Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny with his close friends Duck and M.J. at his side.

Loving father, uncle and grandfather. Predeceased by his parents Mary and Patrick, sister Stella and brothers Michael and Patrick.

Billy will be fondly remembered by his family, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends, especially his friends in Racey Byrnes.
