The book bags are available in both Irish and English.

"They’ll brake and slow down for a while until they realise it’s only a mark on the road," said one councillor. 

One person had a serious operation on their knees and is finding very hard to travel on the road, said the councillor.

"We need a meeting with NRA immediately because there will be a serious accident there," said cllr Ben Brennan.
