THE Laois and Offaly Education and Training Board (LOETB) and Teagasc marked one year of their partnership in delivering the Learner Support and Agricultural Training programme.

The programme provides tailored one to one assistance that helps students to overcome challenges, access resources and build confidence throughout the course.
