Halloween is not all about trick-or-treating. Dressing up and face painting are all part and parcel of this colourful night of madness and mayhem. This year was no exception as punters arrived in Kavanagh's Bar in Portlaoise dressed to the nines in a colourful array of ghoulish costumes for a night to remember. Photographer Julie Harvey snapped this 'spooktacular' shot where Tommy, Ali and Karsen left no headstone unturned as they put their creative jusices to the test.
