Truck and van crash in Mountmellick

TRAFFIC delays are expected following a crash in the centre of Mountmellick today.
The collision between a truck and a van happened near the Tirlán CountryLife store on Market Street shortly before noon.
It is understood that no injuries have been reported but the street will be blocked for some time, while emergency services deal with the collision.
Traffic diversions have been set up and motorists on the busy N80 are advised to take alternative routes.
