There are two crucial Round three ties in the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship.

Just underway is the meeting of the last two All-Ireland Champions as Kerry host Armagh.

The Kingdom make one change to their starting team, while Seán O'Shea and Shane Ryan return to the match-day squad after injury.

Armagh also make a single change, with Andrew Murnin back in the starting fifteen.

Then at 6:15, Mayo entertain Meath at MacHale Park.

Stephen Coen returns for Mayo in their only change, while Meath make two alterations following last weekend's win over Derry.

Mayo are through to the quarter-finals of the TG4 All-Ireland Senior Championship after a 1-15 to 2-6 win away to Donegal in Glenfin.

Lisa Cafferky scored 1-4, while Aoife Staunton added four points as Mayo held off a late Donegal fightback before Cafferky's late goal sealed victory.

Meath have beaten Tyrone to book their spot.

Meave Maxwell found the net in the 1-12 to 1-10 win at Healy Park in Omagh.

There's action in the All Ireland Senior Camogie Championship.

It's in the second half at Nowlan Park, Kilkenny are in action against Clare - It was he home side with a 4-12 to 1-08 lead.

Wexford are 2-04 to 4 point leaders against Limerick.

In Birr, Offaly are just underway against Dublin.

Soccer

The Netherlands and Sweden go head-to-head in Houston from 6 o'clock Irish Time.

After opening-day wins, Germany and Cote d'Ivoire duke it out for top spot in Group E.

That game gets underway in Toronto at 9.

It's a 1am start for Ecuador against Curacao in Kansas City.

Golf

Rory McIlroy is seven shots off the lead heading into the weekend at the US Open at Shinnecock Hills.

A double bogey on 15 saw the Masters champion drop back to level-par, and in a tie for 11th.

2023 winner Wyndham Clark is still setting the pace in New York, with a four-shot lead on seven-under.

Shane Lowry's week is over after finishing on six-over, with Padraig Harrington and Graeme McDowell also missing the cut.
