The Irish Times reports Coolmore Stud owner John Magnier has accused billionaire Maurice Regan of waging a campaign to try and “destroy” him.

The Irish Examiner reports that frontline gardaí claim new e-scooter regulations will “make absolutely zero difference”, as the force does not have the appropriate powers to enforce the new laws.
