THE Midlands Park Hotel, Portlaoise was well represented at a recent Fáilte Ireland's EU Just Transition Tourism Learning Network Programme workshop and networking event.

Throughout December, a donation of €1 will be given to the charity from every meal purchased.

JUST weeks after the Midlands Park Hotel in Portlaoise picked up a Great Place to Work award, the four-star hotel won the Overall Hotel of the Year for the second consecutive year at the Midlands 103 Hospitality Awards.

It was the fourth year in a row that the hotel won the award as being a 'Great place to Work'.

The Siver Gala Ball takes place on Friday night 25 October.
