Kathleen Lee (née Kennedy) - Gallows Hill, Ennis, Co. Clare and formerly of Rossmore, Errill passed away peacefully on Sunday 2 February in the loving care of the staff in University Hospital, Limerick. Kathleen was predeceased by her husband Dr.

Joan Delaney (née Bowden), Clonburren, Rathdowney died unexpectedly at Fennor Care Facility, Urlingford on Monday 20 January. Joan was predeceased by her beloved husband Martin and her parents Nicholas and Kathleen.

Mairéad Gaffney Moore, 4 Village View, Errill died unexpectedly at St. James’s Hospital, Dublin in the presence of her heartbroken family on Wednesday 31 December. Mairéad was predeceased by her dad Frank.

William (Billy) Keyes, Knockardgannon and formerly Monamondra, Errill passed away peacefully on Monday 9 December in the loving care of Management and staff at Droimnìn Nursing Home, Stradbally.

Frances Lalor (née Dann), Ballymullen, Errill died unexpectedly at the Midland's Regional Hospital, Portlaoise on Wednesday 13 November. Frances was predeceased by her husband Ted, parents Joseph and Emily and daughter-in-law Brenda.

FUNDING to the tune of €271,296 from the Government’s latest multi-annual Rural Water Programme was allocated to three group water schemes in Laois. The Heath Group Water Scheme is to receive €97,527.
