Laois’s Clodagh Tynan has been named the PwC GPA Camogie Premier Junior Player of the Year after the award winners were announced this evening (Friday). Tynan was named as one of the 15 players in the Camogie Soaring Stars Team of the year where she was joined by fellow county star Aimee Collier.

The 2024 PwC Camogie Soaring Stars team is made up of teams from the Premier Junior and Intermediate Championships, and is compiled by a dedicated All-Star Nomination Committee, to celebrate the high performance and commitment of these extraordinary players. The team also six Cork players, four Kilkenny players, and one each from Offaly, Kerry and Tipperary as well as the two Laois players.

The level of talent and dedication in camogie is truly outstanding, and these awards are a tribute to the tremendous effort put in year-round. Huge sacrifices are made by each and every one of our players day in day out.
