Thursday's front pages focus on a range of stories, from changes to the scope of the review of orthopaedic surgery to a terminally ill child remaining in a poorly heated apartment. 

The Irish Times and Irish Examiner report that hundreds of children who underwent surgery by an orthopaedic surgeon over eight years will be reviewed as part of a wider look-back at the consultant’s practice.

The Echo reports a terminally ill child in Cork is still living in a damp and mouldy home provided by housing charity Respond.
